Did-u-know there is scientific evidence the speed of light is slowing down?

There have been at least 164 published measurements of the speed of light over the last 300 years. The results show that the speed of light has decreased so rapidly over that time period that experimental error cannot explain it away. In one example, the same scientists, using the same machinery, over a several year period conducted 7 tests. These tests showed a decrease in the speed of light in every instance. Independent of this study, a Russian cosmologist reached the conclusion that the speed of light was 10 billion times faster at time: zero.

What does all this mean? One of the criticisms for a young earth has been the great distances stars and galaxies are away from the earth. They say it would have taken billions of years for the light to reach the earth; making the universe billions of years old. But if the speed of light was billions of times faster when God created the heavens and the earth the light from the most distant stars could have reached the earth in a short period of time.
