Evolutionary concepts have gained momentum since the mid 1800's. Stalin, Hitler, Mao, and Pol Pot all used Darwin's “survival of the fittest” to justify killing millions of people. The Columbine killers wore T- shirts the day of the killings and made statements referring to evolution in their farewell video. It is obvious that this theory is affecting the thinking and actions of people in our world today.
Evolution has ruled the educational system since the early 1960's. Most people attending secular universities don't even know there is another viable scientific theory. They sure haven't been taught the scientific evidence that is contrary to evolution.
If you are not familiar with the scientific evidence for a young earth and creation, please contact me. I have assembled several power-point presentations to share with people who are interested. Youth groups, Sunday school classes, civic groups, teachers are all possibilities.
